"Saturday is a special day its the day we get ready for Suuunnday!"

This is the official first weekend since school started. Davey boy and I were SWAMPED with homework i.e memorizing various body parts for Anat/Phys and talking Spanglish to each other to help me remember Espanol vocab. We also spent 16 bones in quarters to do our laundry thats been piling up for about a month of so. I swear, I NEVER remember doing this much laundry as a single lady. I guess boys just get there clothes dirty faster or something.
We are so over hauling our baskets across the apartment complex to use the crappy MCcrap- crap washers and dryers. 67% of the time we have to hang our damp G's and towels all over doors/cub-bards/because the dryer didn't do their job! ugggh...

So to solve our aggravating dilemma, we are thinking about investing in a washer and dryer unit. As we casually browse online-appliance stores we are simply surprised at how many different kinds there are...and not to mention the PRICE! Holy smokes! We are definaly open to buying used, but there are always cons to going in that direction.

So if your one of those washer/dryer gurus or you are just really happy with your own, we would like to hear your suggestions por favor!!

for the love of all that is good and holy, get a washer and dryer if you can! we caved and got one after a year and a half of going to those blasted laundromats. and of course we got it before we had olivia, bc it's pretty much a necessity then. your utility bill will go up, i am not sure how much, eric dealt with that then, but it is worth it bc it evens out with the quarters you have to use at the laundromats. go to sears in i.f. that's where we got ours! they always have sweet deals and they price match, i think. and don't feel bad for getting around to laundry every month! that's how we were bc it's so dang out of the way there at cambridge! :) loves you! good luck!

Ugh! Seriously! Ross has me doing laundry at LEAST once a week, usually twice. I have no idea what our men do to their clothes. Sears is a good idea. That's where our dishwasher is from!

Holy laundry! I bet it feels like you just went shopping. Good luck with the washer/dryer bit. We've got an extra set hanging out in our garage. If that doesn't work, I vote for Sears. That's where we got ours. They're nothing fancy, but they work great! Oh yes, today I saw someone driving a VIP van around town and I thought of you. :)
