What's in Franny's mouth?

This girl is constantly on the move and she is FAST.
I am super meticulous about keeping my floors clean-
(Vacuuming and sweeping are my favorite chores)
But even then, Fran manages to find some sort of nasty and it ALWAYS ends up in her mouth.

Things we have swiped out those fat cheeks as of lately (list does not include old/crusty food that she finds on the daily) //

a lost earring
candy wrappers
string
a leaf
petrified bird poop (our front porch is a shit show from the millions of pigeons that live on our roof)
rocks (on more than one occasion- the kids sneak them in from outside...)
fuzz balls
carpet fibers
and lastly a DEAD BUG!

I don't ever remember the other two being as obsessed as she is about putting things in their mouth!?

Olive Lou Lately...

Olive Lou is 32 months old/aka a few months away from turning THREE.
Smack dab in the middle of toddler hood- we have the terrible twos, the tender twos and the almost three-nager 'tude cocktail happening right now.
The amount of sass that comes out of this girls mouth...
She has a big personality.

Favorite phrases include,
"I wont."
"I don't want to."
"I will not do that"
and simply,
"No."
Her favorite color is Purple.
Everything HAS to be purple.
Purple plate
Purple cup
Purple blanket
Purple dress
She is the self proclaimed "Purple Pin-cess"

She loves all things glitz and glam! She picks out a bracelet or necklace with every single outfit.
She LOVES her Mimi (my momma) and "oohs and ahhs" at all of her jewelry.
Anything soft, fuzzy, sparkly or shiny, she will want it.
She talks in a super high and squeaky voice when she gets excited.
She insists on picking out her outfits and getting herself dressed.
She loves SHOES!
So many shoes.
Like a classic middle child, she craves attention. She struggled so hard with all the focus on Rem during his birthday.
"but when is it MY birthday?"
There were lots of tears.

She loves to cuddle and spend time one on one.
She has to sit right on your lap with her huge soft blanket.
Sometimes she reminds me of those giant dogs that try to be lap dogs.
(just because she is so huge and heavy lol)
Speaking of her size, she has continued right on her 100+ percentile growth curve. (just like her momma ;)
She's about 44lbs and wearing a 5T and S/XS in kids and a 9 in shoes.
I can't remember her height, but her pediatrician at her 2 year check up predicted about 6'4 (plus or minus 4 inches) at full height.
(Totally a guestimation but kinda cool to think about.)
Girl is gonna be a baller.
or dancer or artist or scientist.
whatever she wants really-
She's just going to be tall. HA!
She's strong too.
loves to do workouts with us, specifically hanging and swinging on the gymnastics rings.

She hates getting her hair washed- she fights with David about it every.single.bath.
She likes going on walks but prefers to be pushed in the stroller whenever possible.
She HAS to kiss Daddy and say goodbye every morning before he leaves for work.
She loves being tucked in tight and like aways, sleeps so well.
Still taking a nap during the day!
Her favorite books to read with me are her princess books or her "cute wittle animal" books.
She loves watching Frozen, Tinkerbell, Sofia the first and Strawberry Shortcake.
She loves to sing songs and hum tunes.
I love listening to her sweet little voice.

Lastly, she POTTY TRAINED HERSELF!!!
I didn't know this was a thing- but it has been pretty much the best thing ever.
I love this sweet and salty little fireball of mine-
There isn't anyone else out there like her.
Love you OLIVE LOU!

Easters 2016

We decided to do the easter baskets on Saturday after they babies woke up from their naps.
I kept it super simple this year with bubbles, new plates and stuffed bunny rabbits.
They were all a hit!
We got so many sweet comments and smiles from strangers while we were out because the babies insisted on wearing their bunny ears on all of our errands!
They look so cute on them, I could not get enough.
After errands we went to a friends house and they put on our babies first easter egg hunt! Rem and Olive picked it up pretty fast haha. Afterwards, the adults played card games while the babies played together.
Sunday, we went to Church and came home for an early Easter Dinner with friends and family.
David prepared a yummy roast and mashed potatoes.
It was such a fun weekend spent with the best company!
She snuggled that tiny bunny all day!
Remington currently wearing S/XS in BOY clothing now. WHAT THE HECK!?
He looked so stinking cute in his easter outfit.
Trying to figure out self timer mode-haha!
I LOVE MY BABIES!

Easter Photos!

All I wanted was ONE group photo of everyones eyeballs looking in the same general direction.
Just ONE.
Is that too much to ask?
HAHA!
My kids have no respect for my talent-clearly.
Someday they will appreciate all the beautiful photos they will have from their childhood.
Someday...
After our session was over David was like "you don't get paid enough for this!" HA.
Anyways, here's a few gems- these babies made me WORK.
^^Olive was hysterical because I wouldn't let her touch a wild kitty cat that happened to stroll by.
^^Toddler tude
^^the ONLY one I got of them looking in the same direction. I love it!
^Struggling
Love these little farts!

10 months with Frances Pearl

Dear Frances,
At ten months old you decided that you wanted to learn how to walk!
It started with pushing around the stools in the kitchen one day,
then you moved to the walking cart, and now you're being so brave and taking steps on your own!!
I can't believe it.
You are just on the move CONSTANTLY!
Furniture walking, crawling, up and down and up and down.
Rem and Olive take turns "helping" you walk by holding your hands.
They love seeing your progress!
At ten months old you enjoy eating your meals at the table with everyone.
We haven't found a food that you don't like haha!
Favorites this month include sliced turkey, grapes, cheese, blackberries and strawberries.
You say "momma" when I walk into the room and cry "mommmmmma" when you are sad.
Your hair is getting a lot longer and has the tiniest bit of curl to it when it's wet.
You have FIVE teeth that all came in within a week of each other.
You love drinking water out of your sippy, and sucking on your bink when you get tired.
You clap and wave and we are trying to teach you to say hi and bye bye.
You love holding balls, balloons and Olive's little dolls.
Rem lets you play car with him and you drive your trucks and cars together on the carpet.
You enjoy emptying out the wipe containers, pulling down the chat books from the cart and throwing the clean cloth diapers around the living room.
At some point of the day we can find you sucking on a single mega block or latching onto the dresser knobs, lol!
You've been falling asleep almost every time we get into the car which is sometimes super inconvenient for quick trips.
You don't make a peep when we are out shopping, sometimes I forget that you are there!
Just my quiet little observer.
You loved playing at the splash park today and other moms with similar aged babies were impressed with how brave you were!
(your siblings weren't fans of the water this young)
We have noticed you are not one to smile at strangers which is so funny to me!
My favorite thing you've started doing this month is your scrunched up STINK FACE!
I CAN'T GET ENOUGH!
Love you Franny Girl-
Momma

ps-you would not put down this grapefruit during these photos. I love that it matches your outfits anyways!

 YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!
